These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of casinolinksmarket.com (the “Site” or “Platform”), operated by Casino Links Market Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1) Definitions

  • Buyer: a user who purchases a listing/service.
  • Seller / Publisher: a user who offers a listing/service (e.g., guest post, link placement, PR placement).
  • Listing: a service/product page offered on the Platform.
  • Order: a purchase made by a Buyer for a Listing.
  • Deliverable: the agreed output (e.g., published placement URL, content, link insertion confirmation).

2) About the Platform (Marketing Marketplace Only)

The Platform is a marketplace for buying and selling marketing placements, including guest posts, backlinks, SEO services, and related publishing services within the iGaming/casino/betting niche.

We do not operate gambling services, do not accept wagers, and do not provide real-money betting functionality. The Platform is strictly a marketing/services marketplace.

3) Eligibility & Responsible Use

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
  • You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • You will not use the Platform to promote illegal content or unlawful gambling activities.

4) Accounts & User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You must provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk to users, payment partners, or the Platform.

5) Marketplace Rules (Buyers & Sellers)

Sellers/Publishers agree that they will:

  • Only list websites/services they own, manage, or have authority to sell.
  • Provide accurate listing details (e.g., pricing, requirements, deliverables, timelines).
  • Deliver services as described and communicate promptly if issues arise.
  • Not use misleading claims, fake metrics, or deceptive practices.

Buyers agree that they will:

  • Provide accurate order requirements and comply with content/placement guidelines.
  • Review listing descriptions carefully before purchase.
  • Communicate respectfully and in good faith with Sellers and our support team.

6) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Engage in fraud, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
  • Sell placements on sites you do not control or do not have permission to represent.
  • Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt Platform security.
  • Publish or promote illegal content, hate, harassment, or content that violates third-party rights.
  • Circumvent the Platform’s ordering/payment processes or fees.

7) Orders, Delivery & Acceptance

When you place an Order, you agree to the listing’s stated deliverables, requirements, and estimated delivery timeline. Delivery timelines may vary due to editorial review, publisher availability, and compliance checks.

A Deliverable is considered completed when the Seller provides the agreed output (for example, a live published URL or verified placement) consistent with the listing description and order requirements.

8) Third-Party Websites, SEO & Performance Disclaimer

Listings are provided by third-party Sellers/Publishers. While we may review orders and assist with process coordination, we do not guarantee:

  • search engine rankings, traffic increases, revenue outcomes, or SEO performance
  • publisher metrics or third-party claims (DA/DR/traffic, etc.) will remain unchanged
  • that third-party websites will remain online or maintain the same editorial policies

Search engines and third-party websites can change at any time. You understand that marketing/SEO carries inherent risk.

9) Payments

Payments must be made using approved payment methods shown at checkout. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card details on our servers.

10) Refunds, Cancellations & Disputes

If you have an issue with an Order, you must contact support first so we can review and attempt resolution. Filing a payment dispute/chargeback without contacting support may result in account limitations while the matter is reviewed.

11) Intellectual Property

All Platform branding, design, and proprietary content are owned by us or our licensors. Listings and deliverables may include content owned by Sellers/Publishers.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute Platform content (including listings) without permission, except as necessary to use the Platform normally.

12) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or engaged in abusive, fraudulent, or illegal behavior.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform or any third-party Seller/Publisher services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims relating to a specific Order will be limited to the amount paid for that Order.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local laws require otherwise.
