  • Rejected = no link was placed and no post/edit was published with your URL.
  • If a link is already live and later removed, that is handled under our replacement / link drop terms (not “rejection”).

Option A: Choose a Replacement Site

We’ll offer you suitable alternatives that match your original order as closely as possible (niche fit, language, region, general quality range, and placement type). If the replacement site costs more, you can pay the difference. If it costs less, we can apply the remainder as credit.

Option B: Store Credit

You can take store credit for the rejected amount and use it on any other site/package on our marketplace. This is the fastest option if you want to keep momentum without waiting for a refund to process.

Option C: Refund

If the site rejects before any placement goes live, you may request a refund for the rejected item. Refund eligibility depends on whether work has already started (for example: custom content writing) and on the product rules shown at checkout.

What We Refund vs. What We Credit

To be fair to buyers and also to publishers/writers, we treat different parts of an order differently. Here’s the simple rule: if a cost can’t be “unspent,” it may be credited rather than refunded.

  • Publisher placement fee: refundable/creditable if the site rejects before placement (depending on the exact product).
  • Custom content writing: if content has already been written to your brief, it is typically credited (you keep the content and can use it elsewhere) rather than refunded.
  • Service/admin fees: may be non-refundable if clearly disclosed at checkout, but we aim to keep this simple and buyer-friendly.
